oh man...... the heat....cant sleep.....
this exercise is belong to pigua and tongbei branch.....it is movement lead to qi and blood circulating..tightness around the shoulder jt is opened up.....
while taiji is mind trying to lead the qi and yi.....(the yi is for martial art purpose)....
so different...
usually cold day it is better to do this exercise/ other warm up then taiji or zhangzhuan, otherwise you are just like a piece of dead meat....imagine trying to hold a fragile baby....
