1982 Meng Cun Baji 1982 年 孟村八極拳

Some extracts of the video footage, recorded in june 1982 during the official visit in MengCun county of the "Pan Asian martial art study society", led by Mr Ryuichi Matsuda (松田隆智). The video was recorded on a 8 mm soundless film reels and recently transfered to digital media. The official demos were held in the sport hall of the MengCun Hui minority elementary school and were not recorded. After the official event, some improvised demos were organised at the house of the Wu and Liu family in MengCun and XinXian villages. Performers are :
- Mrs Liu XiuPing (刘秀萍), around 22 years old, early disciple of Master Wu LianZhi,
- Mr Liu JiTing (刘继亭), uncle of Liu XiuPing, disciple of Wu XiuFeng,
- unknown kid from XinXian village,
- Wu YaoChen (吴耀臣)， son of Wu ZhaoHai,
- master Wu LianZhi and his nephew Li JunYi,
- Chang YuGang常玉剛, aged 21, disciple of Wu LianZhi
