Translation for coiling:

Forward coiling is getting towards to the body(1:08). Reverse coiling is initiated with the thumb and then the palm facing towards outside(1:16).
As for forward coling, you rotate first hand, second elbow, third shoulder, then hips and Qi is sinking into Dan Tien(1:26). As for reverse coiling, you rotate hips and back, then Qi reaches to the tip of the fingers (1:36). As for forward coiling, hips turn left (1:42). As for reverse coiling, the hips turn right (1:47). As for forward coiling, the centre of gravity goes to left (1:53). As for reverse coiling, the centre of gravity goes to the right foot (1:59).
All joints are moved/rotated/ coiled from the hips which are the dynamo (2:07). Synchronise the movements of hands and feet. You move the centre of gravity (2:16). Control the forward and reverse coiling (2:23).
