Slow training is for Chi connection and flowing, but fajing is part of training after that

I only started to understand Liao Bai's method just recently, actually just tonight. Very very deep very bagua.
Most of people dont understand what he is talking about.
Try to get in contact with him several time to see if my understanding of his art is correct before. But need referral......sad. Try last time in Taiwan again.
