To all competitors‏ (letter from AKWF)

Dear All,


With the competition on this Sunday the 24th I would like to confirm that registration begins at 8:30am while the
event itself starts at 9:00am. You will be able to collect an entry pass when you arrive allowing you to enter.
Timing is of the essence as you must be registered by 9:00am; additionally, the Sports Centre has informed me that
the first 80 vehicles can receive free parking.


At 9:00am all three main events of Tai Chi, Wushu Selection Trials and Sanda will begin on three separate blocks within the
same main hall. Each block has it's own carpet and officials and judges. Upstairs from the main hall there is a coffee shop
where you or your attending friends and family can purchase drinks and food throughout the day.
