跆拳道實用技擊術

前踢腿
  面對目標,兩腳後開立,左腳在前;兩拳握拳做好准備姿勢。右腿向前上方踢擺,屈踝,用足前掌踢擊對手沖拳的前臂;支撐腿微屈。

橫踢腿
  兩腿前後開立,左腳在前;兩手握拳做好准備姿勢。身體左轉,左腳外展;同時,右腿屈膝上提,收至腰間,腳步面繃平。上體側傾;右腿以膝關節為軸,由屈到伸弧形擺踢,用足背踢擊對手的頭部。

下劈腿
  面對目標,兩腳前後開立,右腳在前;兩手握拳做好准備姿勢。左腿向前上方踢,用足跟砸擊對手的頭部。

側踢腿
  面對目標,兩腳前後開立,左腳在前;兩手握拳做好准備姿勢。左腳外展,身體隨之左轉;同時,右腿屈膝上提,腳尖勾緊。上體側傾;右腿繼續上提,並由屈到伸,用足跟踹擊對手的咽喉。 

後踢
  實戰姿勢開始,轉身後腿後撤背對對方。重心後移至左腳,右腳蹬地後屈膝提起,右腳貼近左大腳,兩手握拳置於胸前;隨即左腳蹬地伸直,右腳自左大腿內側向後方直線踢出,力達腳跟。踢擊後右腳沿原路線快速收回,成實戰姿勢。動作要領:起腿後上體和大小腿折叠收緊;後踢時動作延伸要長,用力延伸;轉身、提腿、出腳動作連續一次性完成,不能停頓;擊打目標在正後方偏右。後踢動作的主要攻擊部位有膝部、腹部、裆部、胸部和頭面部。

擺踢
  實戰姿勢開始。右腳蹬地重心前移,右腿以髋關節為軸屈膝上提,兩手握拳置於體側;左腳以前腳掌為軸外旋180度,右腿以膝關節為軸繼續向前上方伸成直線,順勢右腳的腳掌用力向右側屈膝鞭打,順鞭打之勢上體右轉,右腿屈膝回收,右腳落回原處,成實戰姿勢。動作要領:提膝、伸直、右側屈膝鞭打動作要連貫快速,沒有停頓;擊打點在體前偏右側,以腳掌為擊打點;左腳旋轉支撐要保持平衡,踹擊後迅速將腿收回。擺踢攻擊的主要部位是頭面部和腹胸部。

後旋踢
  實戰姿勢開始。兩腳以兩腳掌為軸均內旋約180度,身體隨之右轉約90度,兩拳置於胸前。上體右轉,與雙腿擰成一定角度。右腳蹬地將蹬地的力量與上體擰轉的力量合在一起,將右腿向後上以髓關節為軸直腿擺起,右腿繼續向右後旋擺鞭打,同時上體向右轉,帶動右腿弧形擺至身體右側,右腿屈膝回收;右腳落到右後成實戰姿勢。動作要領:轉身、旋轉、踢腿連貫進行,一氣呵成,中間沒有停頓;擊打點應在正前方,呈水平弧線;屈膝起腿的旋轉速度要快;重心在原地旋轉 360度。後旋踢攻擊的主要部位有面額和胸部。

推踢
  實戰姿勢開始。右腳蹬地,重心前移,右腳以髋關節為軸提膝前蹬,用右腳腳掌向前蹬推,力點在腳掌,推力向正前方。動作要領:提膝後盡量收緊膝關節;重心往前移,利用身體的重量和力量;推的時候腿往前伸展、送髋;推的路線水平往前。推踢的主要攻擊目標是腹部。


橫踢
  實戰姿勢開始。右腳蹬地,重心前移至左腳,右腳屈膝上提,兩拳置於胸前;左腳前腳掌碾地內旋,髋關節左轉,左膝內扣;隨即左腳掌繼續內旋至180度,右腿膝關節向前抬至水平狀態,小腿快速向左前橫向踢出;擊打目標後迅速放松收回小腿。右腿落回原地成實戰姿勢。動作要領:膝關節夾緊,向前提膝,盡量走直線;支撐腳外旋180度;髋關節往前順,身體與大小腿成直線;嚴格注意擊打的力點在正腳背;踝關節放松,擊打的感覺是"面團"、"鞭梢"。橫踢攻擊的主要部位有頭部、胸部、腹部和助部。

跳踢
  指先跳起使身體騰空,然後在空中完成各種踢法的攻擊技術。跳踢包括旋風踢、雙飛踢、騰空後踢、騰空劈腿。騰空後旋踢、跳步橫踢等多種方法,是跆拳道高難技術動作

Hi Keion

Are you a Taekwondo stylist?

I used to practise Taekwondo as well back in my country and now I kind of stopped because of accumulation of injuries around the lower back and knees from Taekowndo. I feel it is a nice fighting art but it is purely reliant on muscular strength and reflex which are difficult to sustain as you become aged.

What do you think about the aspect?

Also, fast high kicks and spin kicks look beautiful, but at the same time these kicks make you expose the groin to the opponent.

Do you have any solution to the problem?

Taekowndo is so specialised in the long distant (kicking range) combat. So, just using Taekowndo moves, I had problems with the close range where your opponent may knee or elbow even grapple you.

Have you got any Taekowndo techniques for the close range fight?

With any kind of kick, it is important to massage your leg, knee, ankle and feet after any impact training. Especially to the knee, ankle and shin, make it a habit.

TKD is good martial art and depend on who is practicing it. Some do it well even at the age of 80th while some barely can kick when 50th.

There is sports TKD, based in South Korea, and martial art TKD, the founder goes to North Korea and teach their troops after disagreement with South Korean TKD community. With sports TKD, there is little hand work sparing while the martial art one you need to use hand for combat too.

I hope I get the info right.

I think TKD is a great sport as it has a wide range of movements.

Traditional TKD may somehow lack upper body build while relying on kicks too much.

But I think it's good to learn TKD as a starting point for around 2 months. Then start performing Kung Fu would be a great combination.
