This is what we did on Sunday, I summarized below:
1. Tang bu走趟子 (lhbf lineage, xingyi lineage) and importance of cui催. Shang San Bu上三步 (Chen taiji, CXW), Ti long huan bu提籠換步(lhbf, xingyi?).
2. Zheng Ti Tui 正踢腿(Warm up), Zheng Ti Tui's 正踢腿Qi Zuan Luo Fan起鑽落翻 (my invention)
3. Pi quan劈拳(An Jing method), Qi Zuan Luo Fan 起鑽落翻(lhbf lineage?), fanlang jing 翻浪勁(my understanding).
4. Hu Pu 虎撲(lhbf lineage i think)
5. Intro on Baji elbow八極頂肘, and its variation, its source of power. (Nanjing Guoshu Institute/ Ding Baji?)
6. Importance of relaxation and proper posture.
