There were a lot of foundation points of the style that he mentioned, mainly the body, stance, Chy Say, Inch force etc. Overall it was a good interview about the SPM style.

It is interesting to note that I will be in Hong Kong in November for my Nephew's wedding, therefore I will be visiting Cheng Wan Sifu as well as having Yum Cha and dinner with Jook Lum Mantis Sifus such as Lee Kwok Leung Sifu and Lee Chun Lum Sifu. If time permit, I will try to get to Sai Kung with my H.K. mantis brothers to see Cheung Shang Tak Sifu of Sai kung Chu Gar Mantis. Hopefully, I can do an interview with each of these great masters for a video production.
