20/6/2009 Eastwood matrial arts gathering

We are a group of Sydney martial arts lovers. Every Saturday morning we have a friendship gathering and training at Eastwood.

We invite you to joint our martial arts training/gathering:

Time: Saturday, 10:00 am to 12:00 pm

Place: Glen Reserve, Glen St., Eastwood, NSW 2122


What we will do? :
Learning martial arts, share your knowledges(if you are willing to do so), training together, get more martial arts friends, friendship sparring, have fun....

It is a friendship gathering, no cost or paper works involved. Any martial arts style players are welcome to joint.

I am sorry I completely forgot to show you Southern Mantis (with pure awesomeness) during the training today.
We will do it next Saturday. Hopefully more people will turn up.

Even though the weather wasn't so great and some people couldn't make it, it was a great day today. Thanks for sharing as always.

Shingo-san's Mantis drills are very strong. I hope others will also have a chance to try it with him.

Although i was absent for todays training, but i also have nice day as well................


I went to Sensei Michael D'Arcy's 25th anniversary for martial arts and b'day. I went there and saw some familiar faces (Sifu John Summerville, Bo Sim Sau and Chin Woo Committee) and met some new fds there. Besides watching some nice performances from Sensei D'Arcy's student and teachers. I also got some new idea of SPM traning from Mr. Bo Sim Sau...........

I should share with u guys next week...........
