UTS Kung Fu Seminar Round 7: The Nature Of Internal Power



Internal martial arts is one of the main systems in Chinese Martial arts. Internal martial arts system's emphasis on enhancing the internal power of the body but most people don't know how to test it and use it for combat. We are glad to invite Sifu Conn Cummins to give us a talk on the topic of "The Nature Of Internal Power". Conn, has long experience training in Tai Chi, Xing Yi and Bagua, famous in the Internal martial arts world of Sydney. In this Seminar, Conn will not just bring out the theory, he will invite everyone to come to the front for practicing, testing and applying his internal power techniques like a Workshop.
