I think B is the best!

Because it is a educational facility, so if there are good teaching material, then A is good.
C is for someone who has already obtained mastership, describing perfect skill and virtues.
B is self learning, self improving. Very good for self taught kungfu club.

It all depends what you guys want the club to be. At the moment, it seems B fits in a good context.

I prefer B, but of course I am not a member of the UTS club. I feel we should follow Siyey's preference as he is the chair of future Chin Woo Universe.

I kind of need a flag for myself stating "焼肉定食" or "南斗聖拳".....
